If you visit Zion Lutheran Church on a Sunday morning, what can you expect?
Zion is an urban church in a neighborhood. You'll come into our parking lot and walk up the stairs to find a group of friendly people who love Jesus, each other and will be glad to meet you.
Our 8:30 AM service is a traditional worship service. We use the organ to accompany singing and have good singing, preaching, and communion each week. Our communion table is open to everyone who comes - you are welcome to celebrate that Jesus is with us as we gather!
Our Sunday School starts at 9:45 AM and has classes for all ages. Our children and jr. and sr. high youth meet downstairs for fun and meaningful learning. The adult classes are upstairs and give a chance to meet other people and talk about what God is doing, the Bible and what it means for your life.
Our 10:45 AM service is a spirited and contemporary service. Led by a team of musicians and directed by guitarist, Jeff Grosser, you'll find lively singing, preaching and communion each week. Our communion table is open to everyone who comes - you are welcome to celebrate that Jesus is with us as we gather!
